We have made API 6D trunnion mounted ball valves up to 42” and being used in most critical processes. We have the expertise to make much bigger valves using our world class infrastructure built over the years. Product range includes both soft seated and metal seated providing zero leakage. Our range includes for critical high temperature applications, low temperature cryogenic applications and severe abrasive services also. The range includes Top entry trunnion valve allows in-line maintenance. Besides bolted construction, welded construction is also part of our routine manufacturing, though it is generally recommended for buried services. Valves are fire safe tested and complies fugitive emission requirements. ASME Class range is from class 150 to class 2500. Valves can be offered with CE Marking. SIL Certified.
Valves are supplied with Double block and bleed feature, automatic cavity relief, Anti-blowout stem design and Lip seals for low temperature services.
Also offered with double piston effect (DPE) wherever application demands for sealing.
Valves can be supplied with Electric, Electro Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Gas over oil actuators
